I am pleasantly surprised that someone has finally understood. What an iced almond milk latte is because this coffee shop has done it correctly, where the coffee taste is very subtle light and refreshing with the addition of the almond milk. I can’t even imagine how good this probably taste with whole milk or some kind of flavoring because, it is such a neutral coffee that it doesn’t have any acidity to it. It has some kind of cherry at the end, but it’s very good for an ice latte in Sarasota. I will definitely be back and I recommend any of my coffee friends to try this place because , I have been to all the coffee shops downtown the area. It’s really hard to find a solid almond milk. Latte doesn’t taste burnt. The other coffee shop that does this very well is project coffee, but they only serve oat milk so I will save that this is a strong contender against project if that’s your vibe! Also it is a relatively cheap coffee shop starting at 6:50 for an iced almond latte which is cheap in my opinion!
Cedar Fox was a lovely little spot downtown. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Some coffee shops have a stuck up feeling but this one is down to earth and still trendy and cute. The food was also yummy! I got a sauasage, egg and cheese bagel sandwich and it was 10 which felt slightly high for the simplicity which is my only critique. Parking outside is paid but 2 hr parking is just around the corner.
Great food but most impressed with the service! Such friendly workers who seem to have authentic joy and genuinely enjoyed their job. Bagel sandwich was made to perfection with every ratio of ingredients and flavor balanced! Coffee flavors are also so unique and fun! Wish we lived closer
By far the best coffee I have had in Sarasota. Also, the quiche and baked treats are top notch.
What a sweet little, cozy coffee shop. If you're from out west (not the west coast) this place will make you feel so at home. And to top it off the coffee is amazing! Great flavor options, simple menu, easy to read, posted all over. Cute art, parking is not free 10 am-8pm mon-sat. One outlet at the work bar, two seats. Not meant for groups, but definitely a great place to meet a friend or lover Small space may not be super accessible for mobility tools with wheels, but there are tables at a nice height.
We are in town from Buffalo, NY and were looking for a privately owned, cute coffee shop and we stumbled across Cedar Fox. The lattes and breakfast sandwich were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the service was 10/10. We will return when we are back in town!
